Alifestyle SQUAD offers small group training in Queanbeyan. 

 
Ali will coach you through every exercise, focusing on technique and ensuring you get the best of your workout.
Being in a small group means Ali can focus on you and challenge you to leave your comfort zone. The SQUAD is like personal training, but more affordable - plus provides a welcoming, fun and inclusive environment! 
 
SQUAD is programmed in 8-12 week blocks, and balances weights and cardio throughout to progress your development and enhance your results. SQUAD is suitable for all fitness levels, as all limitations can be accommodated for with regression to exercises.
 
Can't make it in person? SQUAD is available online, from just $7 per week, Ali will send Squad programs or personalised programs to help reach your goals. 

NUTRITION: 
Alifestyle provides you a personalised approach to educating you about nutrition. As a Nutrition coach, Ali is committed to providing you the education you need to continue on with your new habits long after your work together is done. You'll learn how to include foods you love and that suit your lifestyle - no matter your goal, guilt free.

PERSONAL TRAINER | NUTRITION ADVISOR

Ali has over 9 years in the industry. After achieving her own weight loss journey losing 15kg, she understands the ups and downs we face when on a journey to changing ourselves.

Ali developed Alifestyle to coach you individually, helping show you how to still enjoy your lifestyle and goals at the same time.

From nutrition coaching, came the love for fitness. Ali has trained mums, dads, beginners and athletes.

She has experience with all sorts of clients, including those suffering vertigo, bad knees, bad backs and returning mothers. She loves seeing her clients progress and do what they thought they couldn't.

You'll work harder, see amazing physical and mental transformations .

Ali's training style involves a mix of strength training, functional and high intensity training. She believes the combination of all 3 provides the best results and makes for the most enjoyable workouts.

SQUAD Block 2 for 2024 begins 18th March (FULL).

Combining strength and conditioning workouts, you'll experience a mix of upper, lower and full body workouts. Squad is programmed to include a mix of muscle building and fat burning workouts.

Classes capped at 20.

Price: $34 weekly membership

When: 5.30am & 6.05am

Odd week: Mon/Wed/Thu

Even week: Mon/Tue/Thu and Fri *5:30am only

This is an all inclusive approach, to reduce your stress about food, encourage muscle growth and recovery. 

This is not a cookie cutter approach. 

Ali works with you online, on an unlimited basis.

Your online program includes weekly check in's to keep you accountable and motivated, as well as your e-Recipe book AND tracking macros handbook.
