This is a 4 week personalised gym program.

 

You're stuck at the gym and not sure what to do, or your plateauing and not seeing results. 

This is your opportunity to build strength and muscle, or, reshape, redefine and challenge every aspect of you.

 

Your customised program is prepared for either your home or regular gym - suitable for all the equipment or - bodyweight only.

 

Set up in a 4 week phase, the program is tailored to your environment to suit you. Once you complete the program, continue with a progressive program, optimised to continue your journey.

 

Connect with Ali to determine your goals, your program will reflect your desired outcome depending on your location, equipment and level.

 

We'll work through upper and lower body days, or you can combine workouts to entire high intensity interval style training - it's up to you!
