Alifestyle's SQUAD is Small Group training for Women & Men.

Each Squad is capped at 8 per group, starting every 6 weeks. 

You'll improve your fitness, make new friends and be encouraged to work harder than you've ever worked before.

Our SQUAD is a welcoming and judgement free group, if you've 

put off the gym because you are intimidated or unsure what 

you're doing - you'll feel comfortable here.

If you prefer flexible programming to try at home or your own gym Online Training

customised to suit any fitness level

and give you the motivatino to get results you want.

Ali Williams

PERSONAL TRAINER | NUTRITION ADVISOR

Ali has over 5 years in the industry. She completed her own weight loss journey, losing 15kg and competed in Bikini division Bodybuilding in 2014. Ali has trained men and women in Canberra and Queanbeyan and online around Australia and Internationally from ranging from 16 to 56 years old - including the highly motivated or the social type, athletic people and others with Vertigo or bad knees.

Ali enjoys a mix of Weightlifting, Strength and High Intensity Training and believes the combination of all 3 gets the best results - so that's what you'll get too.

She will push you out of your comfort zone and get you the results you want, all whilst having a good time!
