If you like sunrise or sunset, there is a session for you.

 

Morning classes hibernate over Winter & Afternoons are all year round.

Squad is suitable for you regardless your fitness level,.

 

Workouts are always scaled to your ability – whether you’re coming back from injury, or already fit but looking for the extra challenge.

Small Group Training means more attention on you.

Other Bootcamps can include you and 19 others - where your effort and technique can drop.

When you’re part of the Squad, you're not lost in the crowd. We are all here WITH YOU on the same journey – you’ll be encouraged and you’ll encourage others, to keep going and end every session with a smile.

I coach you through using weights properly, with focus on correct form and technique.

No two sessions are the same.

The group sessions will challenge you and change you… you’ll want to keep coming back for more.

Girls Squad commences every 6 weeks.

 

With a new program each time, you’ll never do the same workout twice.

We train outdoors, with wet weather options available, in Queanbeyan and Reconciliation Place Canberra.

Mobile PT I can come to you, or you can train with me at Anytime Fitness Queanbeyan.
